One of my favorite things in our town is seeing the “strawberry festival” signs that pop up on the sides of the road. That’s when it officially feels like summer to me. Fresh picked strawberries when they come into season combined with my moms strawberry shortcake has long been a family tradition. Strawberry Summer reminds me of all those feelings.
